Dragi colegi,

Am inceput acum aproape doi ani un demers de realizare a unei biblioteci cu carte de training in limbile romana, engleza si franceza pentru traineri in primii ani de cariera. Intre timp avem peste 100 de titluri (teorii de training/educatie a adultilor/non-formala/LLL, metode de training, design de procese de invatare, creativitate, comunicare, animatie, mentoring, coaching etc., lista completa se gaseste aici http://www.irt.ro/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/Biblioteca-TOT-IRT-2011.pdf) si peste 200 de persoane care le-au imprumutat. In primul an biblioteca a fost deschisa catre absolventii programelor IRT, anul acesta au utilizat biblioteca si traineri din diferite organizatii/institutii/companii si persoane inscrise la programul de Master de Formare de Formatori de la Universitate.

Ne-am gandit ca este foarte probabil sa existe publicatii editate in proiectele Grundtvig care ar putea fi interesante pentru un trainer la inceput de drum. Daca aveti astfel de publicatii va rugam sa ne spuneti cum putem intra in posesia unui exemplar.

Pe de alta parte, daca va doriti sa imprumutati din titlurile existente, va rugam sa ne dati un semn la birou@irt.ro (resursele se imprumuta gratuit).

We are a secondary school from Romania, ages from 11 to almost 16.
i teach French.
I want to participate in your LDV project about Initial Vocational Training because we want our students be prepared for an european perspective in the job they choose.
My idea was about THE APPLE, LA POMME, interdisciplinary aspects and the possible specialisations in the field of agriculture, of horticulture and farming.

For me the topic had a lot of branches, and in the end is the workplace and the specialisation.

Also I want to know if I could have a stage in a school to teach French for a period.

      We could use Word and Powerpoint and FAX.

    • Well, the internet has a lot of sites full of informations. In a lot of languages. But not for all the internet is available.
      For this I think to use CDROM s and Word, and Powerpoint for select and work the information form internet, and on the ther part to use encyclopedias, books and dictionnaires printed for doccumentation and learning.
      The FAX is for transmitting information between us.
      The most interesting thing that could be done are letters, and after this WebQuest without Internet.
      I'll speak with another teacher from Turkey and perhaps we could make a project because we are 3.
